Objectives

Les Portes de l’Europe is a global development plan that aims to achieve optimum quality levels so as to create a top-flight business park.

Excellent image in a rural setting;

Judicious choice of materials and demanding architectural specifications;

Respect for guidelines on usage and low occupation density. The park is mainly designed for companies involved in advanced technology or innovative sectors and is made up of mixed zones (offices and workshops) and blocks dedicated to offices.
