This project is ideally located in Namur (Rhisnes), capital of Wallonia Region, and easily accessible from the exit 12 (Namur-Ouest) of the E42 highway also called “Autoroute de Wallonie” 
The “BUSINESS CENTER ACTIBEL – ECOLYS” is a multifunctional building, including the famed Auction House Rops (Part of the Actibel group), a 180 rooms hotel, a 300 seater “slow-food” restaurant, a conference center and a 10 000 sqm Business Center. 
This five floors low energy building, built on a 7,1 acres land, includes a 700 spots parking lot and broad green areas.
Actibel also owns and manages the fully equiped “Business Center Actibel – Belgrade” with 15.000 sqm office spaces and 600 parking spots, on the “low-cost” segment.
