Hannut business centre :

Creation of a business centre led by the town of Hannut and SPI.

A multifunctional programme including:

  • A modular, large-capacity conference room (200 people) that can be divided into smaller meeting/conference rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology and creativity spaces
  • Office space: co-working spaces, office floors, individual furnished or unfurnished offices
  • Pooled-service spaces: access to rooms, kitchen and equipped cafeteria, toilet facilities, showers, lobby and reception desk with waiting room etc.

Other features of the project:

  • situated in a 26ha business park - 47 businesses are already located there
  • estimated potential market of around 200 jobs on the site (radius of 40km)
  • rapid-growth region (Brussels-Liege axis) – next to Flanders
  • desire to develop a contemporary, quality imagee
