In search of one or several partners who would like to preserve and highlight the exceptional estate of the Jehay Castle :

The Jehay Castle is situated in the heart of Wallonia, in a tree-filled park and pleasure gardens both spreading over more than 22 hectares.

This property of the Province of Liège is a listed Exceptional Heritage Site in Wallonia. In fact, it is a rare and fine example of Meuse Renaissance architecture from the middle of the sixteenth century.

Moreover, the site offers several possibilities regarding the buildings as well as its park and its didactic vegetable garden.

The provincial authorities wish to develop this site with a cultural, touristic, pedagogical and economic project in order to highlight this rich heritage.

The durability of a monument involves its integration in a socio-economic, touristic or cultural context.

Therefore, the different projects will have to reconcile the discovery of artistic collections, local gastronomic flavours, but also the organization of seminars, receptions or temporary exhibitions within this architectural and natural frame.

In this context, the Province of Liege wishes to find partners with which she could associate and collaborate to preserve and highlight this exceptional estate.
