ATENOR concluded an agreement to develop a site in the “Am Bann” economic area in Leudelange. The intention is to realize a “next-generation” office real estate project responding to the specific demand of the Luxembourg market. The site is ideally located in one of the City of Luxembourg economic expansion zones, offering an interesting alternative in term of quality, price and accessibility on the growing Luxembourg market. The four buildings, offering a total above-ground area of approximately 16,000 m², will be completed in several phases. They will be linked through a gateway and bridges system to provide optimum flexibility and communication for either multitenant or single tenant occupancy.

The project is also conceived to connect people, ideas and projects. BUZZCITY is ready to host work spaces adapted to the new ways of working and at the cutting edge of technology : co-working, conference rooms, lounges, fitness, bio-gourmet corner, a restaurant with a large terrace... Everything has been thought to attract and retain talents!

On 4 December 2018, an agreement has been reached on the sale of the Luxembourg project BUZZCITY to a company to be formed by FIDENTIA BELUX INVESTMENTS.
