The grounfloors will be optimized for commercial, social and cultural activities.
BLUE AND GREEN :

A river park with rich vegetation and all year greens will be lodged in a river bend. It will offer visual contact with the historic center of the city. Dynamized by cycling and pedestrian throughways, it will cater for recreational activities. The whole project will contribute to strengthen the attractiveness of the urban life of Deinze.
