Liv De Molens :

A generous neighbourhood : Along the river Leie, De Molens will propose a human-friendly mixed project : residential  (29,450 m²) and retail (2,700 m²), complemented by large public and green spaces. 

Located on the former Dossche flour Mills site, the project will combine history and modernity.Driven by architectural excellence and highly sustainable approach, iIt will offer a variety of building typologies and programs (11 buildings in total). BLUE AND GREEN :                           

The presence of the water is a highly valuable asset. A lively riverside promenade will thus be created along the old mill. A river park with rich vegetation and all year greens will be lodged in a river bend. It will offer visual contact with the historic center of the city. Dynamized by cycling and pedestrian throughways, it will cater for recreational activities.  The whole project will contribute to strengthen the attractiveness of the urban life of Deinze. The first phase of the project has started and involves : 106 apartments, 765 m² of amenities and an exterior parking
