PLACE2B - Verviers :

The Coronmeuse district has a geographical location and undeniable urban assets that are currently underused. The development potential makes it possible to realize a project of great ambition, carried by the public and private actors. The city council plans the requalification of the Coronmeuse district to take advantage of its capacity to accommodate, simultaneously, new housing, commercial activities, community facilities and new green spaces.

We are looking for private partners to carry out this project. For its part, the City of Verviers got ownership of the main portion of the land and continues to make acquisitions. Eventually, the City could provide the land to the partners who will ensure the development of infrastructure.

The projects offers :

  •   +/- 10.000 m² housing
  •  +/-  3.000 m² proximity retails
  •  +/- 1500 m² offices
  •  +/- 1500 m² Community facilities               
  •  +/- 8000 m² Public areas
  •  +/- 18.500m² car park.
