"Quartier de la gare" à Gembloux :

Ideally located between Gembloux railway station and the main N4 road, this 15-ha site is to be developed to create a new multifunctional district. So as to welcome future residents in the best possible conditions, particular attention is being paid to the quality of life when developing this district. In addition to housing with contemporary architecture integrated into a high-quality public space with a lovely, tree-filled park, the project will also include local services and amenities, in particular a school. The district is being designed to enable very smooth-flowing soft mobility, especially as regards access to the railway station. This is seen as a 'new district' in that it meets the criteria laid down in the Quartier Nouveau (New District) reference system.
