Ideally located at the heart of the European District, the REALEX project  concerns the construction of an office tower of approximately 44,700 m2, rising to 114 metres, for which the permits have already been obtained. 

In addition, ATENOR has acquired two additional adjacent sites of 6.750 m2. The final project aims at developing two office towers of 62,000 m2, rising to 128 metres, for which permit applications have been filed in November 2018.

At the same time,ATENOR responded to a call for tenders launched by the EU to develop the new EU Conference Center - the final project could therefore consist in a Conference Center and a major office tower., complemented by retails.

REALEX will set a new benchmark in spatial and energy efficiency, complying with the highest EU sustainability standards . This passive building aims at BREEAM 'Excellent' certification.  

A public space will be developed between the REALEX tower and the mixed project THE ONE under construction, contributing thus to making the European District a lively and friendly place to live and to work. This project confirms Atenor strategy of promoting large-size complexes of top architectural and environmental quality in urban districts of prime location, easily accessible and well served by public transport.
