A 50-50 partnership between ATENOR and BPI Belgium. Strategically located in front of Brussels South Railway station, along the Place Victor Horta, the VICTOR project is part of the 'living station' concept.
Railway stations are now much more than mere stations, they are also becoming meeting places and, increasingly, living and working areas.
Thanks to its location and architectural qualities, the VICTOR project should represent a prime example of a new sustainable urban way of life. It wil propose an innovative mixed offer of residential units (18,000 m²), offices 56,000 m² and retail/equipments (4,000 m²)
