Champ Sainte-Anne is strategically located only 5 minutes by foot from the centre of Wavre and in the immediate vicinity of the E411 motorway. 

The project provides for the creation of a neighbourhood that will blend compact apartment buildings organised around small public squares treated as commons, and single-family homes arranged along the roads to be built.

The project provides for many green spaces and bodies of water linked to the surrounding wooded areas.
