The Ewbank de Wespin family, which operates a large farm of more than 1.200 ha, had already placed their trust in the Willy Naessens Group 3 years ago for the construction of a grain warehouse of 1.200 m² and also opted for the construction of the new "chai" without the slightest hesitation for Willy Naessens Industriebouw.

The modern architecture with its large glazed sections integrates beautifully with the surrounding hills and vineyards. The building is constructed entirely from a concrete structure with highly insulating concrete walls and a concrete roof, in order to guarantee a permanent temperature necessary for wine production and storage.

The Willy Naessens Group took care of the ground and foundation works and the closed structure with the aluminium joinery. Part of the walls were also poured on site because of the remarkable difference in height of the site.
