Yvoir administrative extension:

The extension respects the pre-existing perimeter of the arsenal to take advantage of the existing structures.                                    

The strategic position of the extension at the end of the existing wings offers two exceptional moments: the main entrance at the junction between the existing and the proposed wings, and the end entrance for the tourist office. On the upper floor, the volume on the park side is aligned with these moments, occupying half of the surface and revealing a panoramic terrace overlooking the Bocq. This terrace could become a future growth area for the community. This floor is also wrapped in a double skin that serves as a sunshade, a signal and a resolutely contemporary language.
