LégiaPark:

LEGIAPARK had the ambition to develop a business park dedicated to the field of biotechnologies and the field of life sciences more broadly (medtech, biotech and pharma activities). This economic park  welcomes companies on an area of almost 30,000 m². The land is located near the new 1000-beds hospital “MontLégia” along the E25 highway (entrance of Liège).
 
The surface is 14,320 m² for 29,879m² of built area (2 buildings). Each building will be made up of three levels (R + 0, R + 1 and R + 2).
 
There are offices, laboratories, clean rooms, small production areas, logistics and technical areas, as well as community and social spaces such as reception rooms, conference rooms, HoReCa areas, meeting rooms, coworking spaces and multimedia spaces available to internal and external tenants. The complex is dedicated to host mature companies active in the life science sector. These activities therefore require special techniques and specific infrastructure for laboratories, clean rooms, temperate storage areas, etc. BREAAM "Excellent" Building
