"The program has a production area of roughly 9000m2, and a technical flase ceiling throughout the zone, which ensures that the techniques are kept out of the clean food space.An automated storage area will be used to store finished, semi-finished, and packing pallets. The production is alimented by a two stories raw material building with a chocolate tank farm and several raw materials needed for the praline production.
The project will also present the headquarters of the company, with approximately 5000m2 of offices, a theatre, a museum, and an experience center that will showcase the history and different products of the chocolate maker."
