Main Square Urban Area

Main Square Urban Area:

Directly connected to the main square of the City, this urban area is a creation from the late 1970s. The site is accessible from the main square, the Havré street (commercial artery and penetration axis towards the city center). It is also directly connected to an indoor parking,  with a capacity of 200 parking spaces. The site is actually dedicated to housing, commercial and service units. The available space makes it possible to envisage a large-scale project, allowing to enhance the space and to take advantage of its connection with the main square.
