Passage du Centre - Shopping Mall:
The "Passage du Centre" is a shopping mall located in the historic centre of Mons, between the pedestrian shopping area and the new Calatrava train station. The site belongs to private owners. Its area is about 3,500 square meters. The objective is to transform, all or part of the passage, in order to renovate it and to create a mix of medium and large commercial cells, housing units and catering.
