Located in Rhode-Saint-Genèse, this exceptional villa draws inspiration from the architectural language of Marc Corbiau, embracing his signature elements: generous volumes, contemporary lines, and an omnipresent natural light.
Developed for a luxury real-estate promoter, the project stands out for its elegant, warm, and distinctly contemporary atmosphere.

Our contribution as interior millworkers was fully aligned with this architectural identity.
All interior joinery was designed and produced in dark-stained wood, adding depth, refinement, and visual coherence throughout the home.
This noble material creates a subtle contrast with the abundant natural light, reinforcing the villa’s understated yet high-end character.

The basement features dedicated wellness and leisure spaces: a gym, wine cellar, indoor pool, and a large garage.
The ground floor includes a study, an expansive open-plan living and dining area, and a kitchen with a back kitchen and cold room.
Upstairs, the primary suite and four additional bedrooms provide comfort and privacy.

In this project, joinery becomes a true architectural element — shaping volumes, enhancing spatial flow, and elevating each room through a vision of quiet, contemporary luxury.
