ECOPOLE is based on the founding principles of sustainable development and the circular economy. These serve as a framework for all stages of development of the Economic Activities Park.

ECOPOLE is a true driving force for the creation of economic, social and environmental values, a space of experience and innovation whose objective is to contribute to the redeployment of the local and circular economy. It also aims to offer a better quality of life through attractive spatial planning, quality, practical and inspiring workspaces and high levels of services.

The Economic Activities Park is a space involving all stakeholders:

• Companies, their partners (sales, logistics, etc.) and all actors in economic development
• Public and institutional actors (municipalities, Walloon region, etc.)
• Park Manager/Facilitator
• Local residents and visitors

Everyone has the opportunity, at his or her level, to make his or her contribution and thus participate:

• Developing and managing an exemplary, sustainable and circular fleet;
• Setting up new businesses by offering an attractive setting;
• To create and strengthen links between all the actors in the region;
• Optimal management of natural resources, energy, transportation and development.
