Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is carrying out an innovative and large-scale construction project in Herstal for the investor Intervest. This impressive complex of no less than 40,000 m² consists of four warehouses with four adjoining office spaces and will be leased to TLI, which already rents several buildings on this site.

The distinctive feature of this project is that it is a “The Circle” project. The Circle is a pioneering concrete construction concept that uses 100 different building blocks to create a modular design for an industrial building in just two hours. Thanks to years of expertise, the building blocks are designed in such a way that each of them can be combined freely. Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is responsible for the closed building envelope, fully watertight and windproof, including the concrete floors. The exterior joinery was carried out by our in-house aluminium division, Willy Naessens Alu, ensuring high quality and a perfectly finished result.

In addition to the architectural aspects, our scope also included the technical installations. Thanks to the expertise of Willy Naessens Technics, the warehouses and offices are equipped with HVAC systems, electrical installations, and an advanced sprinkler system. This integrated approach ensures seamless coordination and execution, fully aligned with the needs and expectations of our clients.
