Nestled in a remote and almost hidden seafront location on the island of Zakynthos, this holiday villa embodies a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean living.
Developed for a luxury real-estate promoter, it offers an exclusive lifestyle centered around the sea and natural light, where architecture and nature coexist in perfect harmony.

Our role as interior millworkers covered the full scope of bespoke joinery and custom furniture.
Light oak finishes and mortex surfaces define the project’s interior identity: a resolutely contemporary style characterized by soft lines, elegant curves, and an atmosphere that feels both natural and refined.

Large floor-to-ceiling openings flood the spaces with light and extend the interior volumes toward the outdoors and the pool area.

The basement includes a wine cellar, garage, laundry room, a guest suite, and a family suite - offering additional night spaces that combine comfort and privacy.
The ground floor features an expansive kitchen open to the outdoors, a welcoming living room, and three bedrooms.
On the upper level, the master suite enjoys privileged, unobstructed views of the sea.

A pool house completes the property, positioned alongside the swimming pool.

In this project, custom furniture becomes a defining architectural element, enhancing the villa’s flowing lines and expressing the elegance and sophistication of high-end Mediterranean living.
