MG Real Estate, in partnership with Wallonie Entreprendre, is redeveloping the 33-hectare former ArcelorMittal site Haut Fourneau B in Seraing into an innovative logistics hub. With MG Real Estate holding a 75% stake and Wallonie Entreprendre 25%, this partnership is an example of regional revitalization. 
 
Strategically located along the Meuse on Rue de Renory, the site offers unparalleled multimodal connections, including access to inland shipping via the Port of Antwerp Bruges, as well as road and rail networks. This positions the project as a cornerstone of the region’s logistics ecosystem. 
 
The development will feature 130,000 sqm of warehouse space and 10,000 sqm dedicated to SMEs, with the completion of the first units expected in Q3 2027. Demolition is underway, and soil remediation preparations have begun, ensuring the site’s readiness for sustainable redevelopment.  
 
This brownfield project not only enhances economic activity but also creates significant employment opportunities, reinforcing Seraing’s role as a logistics hub while fostering sustainable development.
