MG Park Tournai

MG Park Tournai is a future-ready logistics development located in the Tournai Ouest 3 industrial zone, on a strategically positioned industrial plot near the French border. The project covers a total land surface of 117,797 sqm with a building footprint of 67,354 sqm designed to meet BREEAM Excellent sustainability standards. Thanks to its direct proximity to the E42, E403 and A5-27 motorways, the site offers exceptional national and international accessibility.

The project is in the design and permitting phase, with construction planned to start following permit approval in Q1 2026. Sustainability is central to the development approach. MG Park Tournai will integrate low-emission heat pumps, smart energy systems and extensive green zones. The landscape design includes surrounding green buffers and wadis to naturally collect and infiltrate rainwater, supporting local biodiversity and groundwater management. Energy-efficient building systems will help minimise electricity consumption throughout operations. MG Park Tournai aims to become an economic catalyst for the region.
