Napoléon :

This house, fully renovated both inside and out, presented a clear challenge: reinterpret a classic chic style while remaining completely aligned with the original architecture. The goal was not to modernize, but to restore a timeless elegance by working with proportions, lines, and materials with great precision.

The interior design is built around a controlled combination of painted wood and oak, selected for their ability to structure the space without overwhelming it. These materials form the foundation of the bespoke furniture, conceived to integrate naturally into the existing volumes while expressing a discreet sophistication.

The most demanding architectural work involved the decorative plaster elements: paneling, mouldings, cornices, and traditional wall panels. Each profile was redesigned, manufactured, and adjusted on site to ensure a coherent reading of the space, faithful to the historical language of the house. Staff work and fine carpentry were combined to create clean, seamless transitions between walls, ceilings, and joinery.

This renovation is, above all, an exercise in precision and respect: respect for the style, respect for the proportions, and respect for the spirit of the place. A classical home reinterpreted with rigor, continuity, and a refined sense of detail.
