Picanol HQ :

Headquarters for 450 employees of Picanol, PSI control and Proferro. The total building area is 20,000 m², including 7,500 m² of underground parking space and 13,500 m² for offices and attachments. The facility features a restaurant, an auditorium, meeting rooms, and training areas. It is a sustainability project with BTES. The underground parking area is supported by 80 boreholes, each with a depth of 95 meters.
