This project involves the construction of a residential complex on land located in the contemporary extension of the city, mainly devoted to residential developments. The area of this project  is currently occupied by a series of battery garages, as well as by constructions comparable to sheds;
The project implies the demolition of the existing volumes, the creation of an underground car park for 89 parking lots and the construction of a 77 appartments and 2 areas for liberal professions. Its architecture testifies to the desire to develop the contemporary character of this new district.  A public park is being developed near this project. That this land, located in an area mainly devoted to residential developments, is currently occupied by a series of battery garages, as well as by constructions comparable to sheds;
