BOOSTING BIOPARK GROWTH 
Led by the SODEVIMMO SA, born of the association of IGRETEC, Wallonie Entreprendre, Ethias and the EU Biotech Campus non-profit association as part of the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience and the Recovery Plan for Wallonia, BIOTECH 5 aims to: 
• increase the attractiveness of BioPark, Wallonia and Belgium
• to provide companies and players in this sector with the most favourable conditions for the growth of their activities within this unique ecosystem in Europe;
• Co-host, with the EU Biotech Campus, a state-of-the-art training facility with a business accelerator to support the employment growth expected in the sector in the coming years.

AMBITIOUS AND INNOVATIVE PROGRAMMING 
 On nearly 25,000 m², BIOTECH 5 will offer laboratories in line with international standards, offices, meeting and training rooms as well as shared spaces, multi-purpose spaces, coworking spaces and areas dedicated to the provision of services.

The building will be located along the Avenue Georges Lemaître in Gosselies and will be composed of 4 volumes of different levels (from ground level +3 to ground level +6) due to its programming. 2 basement levels will be dedicated to parking. 

The EU Biotech Campus will occupy nearly 5,000 m².

IGRETEC’s Design Office was responsible for the complete design of the building. The strong identity of the project will be marked by a white brick masonry with rounded edges and the implementation of different volumetrics. 

With this iconic building that will take on the appearance of a spaceship in the heart of the BioPark, the goal is to create a real campus and develop the spirit that comes with it – a crucial dynamic that has yet to be developed on the site.
