The Boischamp project in Chastre
Under the impetus of the Agency for the Promotion of Real Estate in Walloon Brabant (APIBW), MATEXI won the public tender for the Boischamp project in Chastre. This is a significant achievement that fully reflects its commitment to providing sustainable, affordable, and high-quality housing.
Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the railway station, the project provides for the development of 95 homes integrated into a landscaped environment combining natural parks, plantings, and tree-lined streets. Boischamp also stands out for its exemplary approach to sustainability, with high energy performance ensured in particular by a geothermal district heating network.
Special attention has been paid to housing accessibility: a large proportion of the homes will be offered as “coup de pouce,” facilitating access to homeownership and helping to combat the phenomenon of real estate outmigration in the province of Brabant Walloon.
