Cargill - House of Chocolate :

CARGILL Cocoa & Chocolate is an industrial chocolate factory that produces solid and liquid chocolate for the industry. The company has hundreds of recipes, specific to each customer. 

The project involves the construction of a new building to serve as a centre of excellence for research and development, including a pilot line, a training centre and offices. The production process will be miniaturised, offering visitors to the House of Chocolate a sensory experience. The building's façades have been designed to blend in perfectly with the existing context, in particular through the use of industrial materials. Particular attention has been paid to the treatment of the site's surroundings, with careful landscaping to encourage permeable areas and high-quality planting.
