The building of the former City Hall of Ougrée is of real architectural interest for a renovation and rehabilitation.
In turn transformed into a theatre, conference or exhibition hall, the spacious spaces are perfect for hosting various events.
Eventually, the building will host a third place, a coworking space and small businesses, while achieving energy performance.
