Gold Forum:

Gold Forum is a state-of-the-art sustainable logistics building located at Flight Forum Business park near Eindhoven airport. The prominent building, delivered in 2020, forms with its striking gold coloured curved façade a single entity with Silver Forum, a separate building that was acquired by Intervest in 2018. The two buildings together result in a logistics complex of almost 50.000 m² at a multimodal location in Eindhoven.
The location and configuration of the building in the Eindhoven region also makes it suitable for last-mile distribution and fits perfectly in the so called ‘Brainport Region’, where various companies in high-tech manufacturing industry meets. 
The building has been granted a BREEAM 'Very Good' certification.
