Marexhe:

As part of the renovation of the Marexhe urban district, construction of three buildings comprising 27 apartments, 4 single-family houses, and ground-floor commercial spaces.

Phase 1
A building with 6 apartments (1- and 2-bedroom units) with a ground-floor commercial space;
4 terraced houses with 2 and 4 bedrooms.

Phase 2
A building with 11 apartments (1 to 3 bedrooms), including 2 adapted for persons with reduced mobility.

Phase 3
A building with 10 apartments (1 to 3 bedrooms).
Public-Private Partnership with the City of Herstal and Urbeo.
