MG Logistics Isnes:

MG Logistics Isnes is a newly delivered logistics complex developed by MG Real Estate within the Crealys Science Park in Isnes. The development consists of two purpose-built buildings designed to meet the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical and life-science industries. The programme includes a 1,500 sqm warehouse for the secure storage of hazardous materials, a 39,000 sqm temperature-controlled warehouse with a 16-metre clear height, and 1,930 sqm of modern office space. The site is fully completed and operational since summer 2024. 

Sustainability is embedded throughout the project. MG Logistics Isnes achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification, features an energy-efficient CO₂-based cooling installation, a high-performance concrete structure for optimal thermal regulation, extensive landscaping supporting biodiversity, and rooftop solar panels generating renewable electricity. An advanced Building Energy Management System (BEMS) ensures continuous monitoring and optimisation of energy use. This project received the BSMA Logistics & Supply Chain Award, underscoring its innovative and sustainable character.
