MG Logistics Isnes is an impressive new logistics hub developed by MG Real Estate, specifically designed for the pharmaceutical sector. Construction began in September 2023 and was completed in summer 2024 resulting in an innovative logistics facility covering an impressive 72,673 sqm. It features two specialised buildings: a 1,500 sqm warehouse equipped for the safe storage of hazardous materials and a 39,000 sqm temperature-controlled warehouse with a free height of 16 metres. Additionally, 1,930 sqm of modern office space enhances the site’s functionality. 
 
Strategically located in Isnes, the facility offers an ideal base for the pharmaceutical industry. Its central location ensures seamless connectivity to major transportation networks, making it highly efficient for the storage and distribution of sensitive products. 
 
Sustainability is a key principle in this project. MG Logistics Isnes proudly holds BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. The concrete structure contributes to efficient temperature control, while the green surroundings create a pleasant, eco-friendly environment for employees and the local community.   
 
Advanced energy solutions further elevate the site’s sustainability. The cooling systems use an energy-efficient CO₂ system, while solar panels on the roof generate renewable energy. An advanced Building Energy Management System (BEMS) ensures energy consumption is continuously monitored and optimised, aligning the project with environmental and community goals.
