MG Park Brussels Centre:
The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a sustainable, CO2-neutral commercial complex, with stand-alone offices and complementary facilities (water, greenery, etc.). The project site, covering an area of approximately 12.9 hectares, is bounded by the ring road (R0 to the north-east), the Woluwe valley (R22) and the Woluwe (watercourse) to the north-west, and the Grote Kloosterstraat to the south-west. On the south-east side, the project area borders a business park. It is important to note that Brussels airport is located to the north of the site.

Sustainability project
A key element of the project is the production of energy for self-consumption or for sale to the public market. As well as acting as rainwater buffers, the green roofs act as air purifiers, help to reduce temperature and noise, promote biodiversity and enhance well-being. The project actively promotes alternative and sustainable modes of transport, with charging stations provided for electric cars and bicycles. The Fietsostrade also reinforces this initiative in favour of environmentally-friendly modes of transport.
