Paris 15:

A two-story floor building office is being converted into nine housing units. The entire concrete frame and the overall structure are preserved. A vertical extension adds two extra levels, increasing the site’s density while creating green spaces and planted terraces covering 200 m² across two levels.
A lightweight steel-and-wood structure is implanted onto the existing building transforming it into a truly shared residential building.
Special attention was given to offering a wide range of apartment types, from one-bedroom units to duplexes with five rooms. These layouts were designed to respond to the different ways we live in cities today: they can accommodate traditional families, shared living arrangements, or temporary occupancy.
Each bedroom is connected to an independent bathroom, creating small, self-contained units within each apartment. All of them open onto large, bright living spaces that extend toward lush outdoor areas.
