Former Grand Bazaar Seraing:
CONVERSION OF THE FORMER GRAND BAZAAR
The project here is a work on the existing building, with a preserved structure transformed into a 2-storey building and a 3-storey elevation.
The programme is mixed, with 2 shops, 3 communal areas, 34 apartments and 7 penthouses.
A new envelope that respects the primary structural framework, while using glass infills and a metal exoskeleton to create generous outdoor spaces.
All roofs are designed as planted terraces or green roofs.
