Jardins de l'Arsenal Rocourt:

Located at the heart of a new green area, the Jardins de l'Arsenal project gives pride of place to outdoor spaces, both private and communal, by creating an enclosed area around which the various buildings are arranged.

The first is a mixed residential and commercial building facing the Chaussée de Tongres, followed by a second, exclusively residential building within the block.

The apartments range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and all have a terrace and/or garden.

In this natural setting, the development of a horizontal, compact architecture frees up space for gardens or communal areas.

Brick and plaster are the facing materials used throughout the project, giving the buildings a similar yet unique appearance.
