Paris 15 - Co-living:

This project involves the renovation of an existing building with a ground floor structure and a 2-storey extension.

The programme is mixed, with 3 studios, garages, 1 flat and 1 co-living, 2 penthouses with terraces from 30 to 150 m2.

A new envelope that respects the primary structural framework while incorporating wood and glass panels.

The roofs are all green terraces.
