Power Station :
As the power station has been notified by the Master Plan of the city of Seraing as an industrial heritage to be preserved, negotiations will continue with ArcelorMittal with a view to purchasing the building.
After obtaining the SAR (site to be redeveloped) recognition, the related subsidies and the PIV subsidies, the works to bring the building's structure into conformity will be launched as soon as the building is acquired.
Initially, the converted building could be used for temporary occupancy and events as part of USE-IN, a festival offering free festive events in an exceptional space usually closed to the public.
